Which is the right SLS camera for me?

There are two models of the paranormal cam, the v1 stick man. Firstly, the camera from the Xbox 360 Kinect. Secondly, the v2 camera comes from the Xbox One Kinect. To conclude, the v2 stick man is newer. It has a higher-resolution image, but for ghost hunting purposes, it could be better. Because of this, we do recommend the v1 Kinect 360 stick man camera. How to make a Kinect SLS Cam

“It’s simple. It’s just the SLS Kinect sensor from the Xbox 360”. You will need the sensor, power lead and software. The power lead comes with a USB connector which you will need to connect to a Windows device such as a tablet, laptop, or computer. The Microsoft software is free. It’s called Kinect Studio. You will need Kinect Studio v1.8 for the Xbox 360 cam and Kinect Studio v2.0 for the Xbox One cam.

Powering your DIY Kinect

If you are powering it will a mains power adapter, it’s only really any good for indoor use, and it is not very portable. To make a mobile version, you must cut the plug off the power cable and power it with a 12v battery pack. Is everything caught on it supernatural?

We can’t guarantee that everything the SLS spirit tracker picks up is paranormal. It will track humans and anything human-shaped. And it will track spirits and ghosts. There are, however, odd times when it will track physical human-shaped objects.

You should usually be able to tell if this is happening, as the skeletal shape will not move. You can judge this with a little common sense. It’s up to you to determine whether what it captures is intelligent paranormal evidence. How does the ghost tracker work?

The Kinect SLS Cameras sends thousands of IR beams out, picking them back up using its built-in monochrome CMOS sensor. All the beams hit things, bounce off and return to the camera.
