Proof of purchase
If we have any trouble locating your order, we may ask you to provide proof of purchase from us. This may be a screenshot of your PayPal transaction or the purchase confirmation email generated by our website. If your emailing from the email used at checkout, or calling from the number used at checkout, we can use this as proof of your identity. Usually if you are unable to locate your order confirmation.
You are responsible for any return postage, regardless of whether you change your mind of whether the item is faulty. Please ensure the return postage you select covers the value of the item in case the item is lost in the post. It’s always best to use a tracked service, so you can monitor its location and see when it has arrived safely with us.
Items returned by someone other than the buyer
