How to use them

Using these Spirit Shack Dowsing Rods for ghost hunting may take some practice at first. You may want to practice by standing or walking throughout an area while holding them before you use them on a paranormal investigation. Many believe that you become attuned to your own dowsing rods, so it might be a good idea to have your own individual pair and only use them yourself.

To turn on these Light Up Neon Dowsing Rods, simply load them up with 2x AA batteries and turn them on by the switch. Then, pick from the 4 modes including off, solid on, slow strobe and fast strobe.

When you have them at your desired setting, stand still, take a few slow breaths and clear your mind. Then, think of the questions you want to ask in your head, and your aim with the answers you would like to get from the investigation. Calibrate your rods by establishing what the “yes” and “no” responses would be, then you are ready to begin searching for a spirit. You can ask questions into the environment or someone else can, but make sure that you are standing still and focusing on your breathing so that the rods can move on their own accord.
