Phone Filming Rig with Light and Microphone

This Phone Filming Rig comes with a light and microphone to help you capture clear video and audio during your paranormal investigation.

What does it do?

The Phone Filming Rig with Light and Microphone is a versatile piece of ghost hunting equipment designed for mobile use. It is a universal photography bracket suitable for most phone filming needs. You can fit the microphone and LED video light on the shoe mount of the bracket, making it easy to attach to whichever smartphone you are using to record or live-stream your investigation.

You also have the option of stabilizing the bracket on a tripod, slider, or dolly. This helps with reducing shake for handheld shots, especially if you’re moving quickly while filming.

The Smartphone Filming Rig is useful for both paranormal investigations and everyday use, such as recording footage for personal projects. It comes with a Boya BY-MM1 3.5 mm Microphone and an Ulanzi Light, both commonly chosen by investigators for their reliable audio and bright LED lighting.

How does it work?

The Boya BY-MM1 is a wind-resistant microphone that improves audio quality compared to built-in smartphone microphones. It can be used with a range of equipment, including smartphones, cameras, camcorders, audio recorders, and PCs, so long as they have a 3.5 mm connector.

This microphone is also useful for outdoor paranormal investigations, as it helps reduce wind noise and background interference. It is front-focused, comes with a shockproof mount, and requires no power — simply plug it in and begin recording.
