We are still operating as normal, and are still shipping to the UK and internationally. Since Covid there have been odd Royal Mail delays, so please don’t worry if its late it may just arrive a few days behind schedule. Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping on all of our Ghost Hunting Equipment! All UK shipping is free, delivery charges will apply to all other countries. And you may have to pay customs import tax depending on your country.

  • UK Next Day: 1–3 Working days
  • Europe Economy: 4–8 weeks
  • Europe Expedited: 1–4 weeks
  • International Economy: 4–8 weeks
  • International Expedited: 1–4 weeks

We Ship Next Working Day

We post all items next working day to ensure we meet the delivery times specified. All of our products are pre-built, so there is no additional waiting times for custom products such as the Bears and SLS camera. All of our postage is via Royal Mail.

If you need something urgently, please email or call us, and we can arrange priority shipping if you need it a little faster. All of our items are pre-built, so you don’t have to wait for any items to be manufactured. Soon as you have paid at checkout, we start packing your order!

International Charges

Your order could be subject to import duty, taxes or other custom fees. We do not reimburse or refund these taxes as they are out of our control, and are charged by your country’s government.
